The information it gave about the Harmony apartment was clear and accurate, even pointing out possible drawbacks, so we were prepared for the steps, which turned out to be no real problem, even for my wife who has some restricted mobility. Your photographs showed exactly what we got - no deceptive camera angles or tricks with lenses! It was easy to use the website to select an apartment which suited us and once we had decided, your confirmation reply came almost instantly. Our stay covered two price bands and we were pleased to find that we were charged a price reflecting this, whereas other providers often base their charge on the (more expensive) arrival date. We booked a transfer from the airport, which turned out to be a good idea and no more expensive than getting a taxi yourself. The driver was there exactly as arranged and drove very carefully - rather reassuring on the mountain road from the airport.
