This magnificent seaside villa is nestled on a hillside in the stunning wine region of the Peljesac peninsula. The grand, fortress-like structure is set among citrus & fig trees, flowers, & herbs in a lush, tropical garden. A private staircase from the house leads directly to a a beautiful pebble beach below. Also hidden in these gardens are a secluded terrace with hammocks, a clearing with relaxing lounge chairs, a traditional barbeque area, and an outdoor shower, perfect for the end of a day at the beach.
The villa itself offers 5 bedrooms, 3 full bathrooms, living room, full kitchen, and a spectacular covered terrace with sitting area and dining table. The first level, reached by climbing a winding tower staircase, has been recently added and is beautifully designed. On this level guests will find the villa’s 2 finest bedrooms, each with large private ensuite bathroom and balcony. One level above is a small rooftop terrace with terrific views of the sea.
Guests here will find everything they need for a comfortable stay including full-kitchen with microwave, dishwasher, toaster, and coffee maker, washing machine, clothes dryer, satellite TV, air conditioning, and private parking. There is a local restaurant just next door to this gated property and 2 casual cafes on the beach below. The nearest supermarket is just 5-minutes by car and the larger town of Orebic (where ferries depart for Korcula throughout the day) is 8 kilometers away. Also nearby are many of Croatia’s best wineries, offering tours and tastings to interested visitors. Villa Kustra is approximately 2 hours from Dubrovnik, making it the perfect choice for a relaxing beach holiday.
