There is a laundry room in the ground floor reception lounge with washing machine, clothes dryer, iron, and ironing board. There is also a concierge who is on-call day and night.

It sleeps 4 with the possibility of 1 additional guest on the living room sofabed. For larger groups, it may be combined with Lovrijenac, Revelin, Bokar, and Ivan downstairs.
