Villa Misita: Room 4

Villa Misita is a beautiful house located in the picturesque Babin Kuk area of Lapad, just 5-minutes walking distance from the beach and equally close to many cafes, restaurants, and shops. There are 4 dedicated parking spaces in front of the villa which may be used by guests. Room 4 on the first floor is newly renovated with a double bed, private ensuite bathroom, air conditioning, and a small balcony from which there is a stunning view of the beach and sea below. Guests also have access to a small shared garden terrace. This room may be combined with Rooms 3 & 5 on the same floor and Rooms 1 & 2 below to accommodate up to 10 guests.

NOTE: There is a 4-night minimum stay requirement for this room. Shorter stays may be accepted at a 20% higher price; please contact us with your request.
