This trio of newly-renovated apartments is conveniently located on a quiet street just 1-2 minutes walking distance from the Pile Gate entrance to Old Town. The décor is refreshingly simple—modern furniture in neutral tones and plush bedding—and the apartments are well equipped with modern conveniences such as air conditioning, wired Internet, and satellite TV. The best feature, however, is the inviting view of the sparkling blue Adriatic Sea. One glance and guests will want to hasten to the nearest swimming beach which, fortunately, is just 200 meters away. All amenities such as markets, bus stops, taxis, restaurants, cafes, historical sights, and the Old Port are within short walking distance. These apartments offer easy access as they are just 20 (non-consecutive) steps down from the Pile bus stop and taxi stand. They are perfect for guests who want a modern retreat in the heart of Dubrovnik.
Hampton I on the 2nd floor features one bedroom with double bed, a bathroom with shower, and a combined living room, dining area, and large kitchenette. Amenities include air conditioning in every room, satellite TV, wired Internet, hair dryer, microwave, kettle, and access to a washing machine on the ground floor. The living room gets lots of natural light from its three large windows, from which guests can enjoy fantastic views of the sea and of historical Fort Lovrijenac. **Please note that there is a club behind the apartment which produces late-night noise during the summer months and on weekends.**
This apartment sleeps 2; for larger groups it may be combined with Hampton II and Hampton III in the same building to accommodate a total of 8 guests.
NOTE: There is a 3-night minimum requirement. Shorter stays may be accepted at a 25% higher price. Email us to request a short stay.
The owner requires a breakage deposit of 150 EUR in cash upon arrival. A signed and stamped receipt will be issued and the deposit will be returned at check-out if no major damage is discovered following an inspection of the property. In lieu of a cash deposit, guests have the option of handing over a passport for keeping until departure.
