Located in the small village of Soline, Villa Corina is just 15 minutes’ driving distance from Dubrovnik and only 5 minutes from Cavtat. Owing to its unspoiled beauty, tranquility, and stunning sea views, Soline is a great choice for visitors who seek a relaxing vacation.
Villa Corina is comprised of four studio apartments, one extra bedroom with ensuite bathroom, and a large 3-bedroom, 3-bathroom apartment whose living space and terrace can easily accommodate the guests from of all of the apartments. When rented as a whole, the villa has 8 bedrooms and 8 bathrooms and can comfortably accommodate 18 guests under one roof.
The entrance level of the villa contains a spacious and well-appointed 3-bedroom, 3-bathroom apartment (Villa Corina: Main). Two of the bedrooms have double beds and ensuite bathrooms, while the third bedroom has bunk beds (2 single beds) and a private, but not ensuite, bathroom. There is also a well-equipped American-style kitchen, separate dining room with table that can seat 14, comfortable living room, and a sprawling terrace with tables, lounge chairs, and a spectacular panoramic view of the sea. Amenities on this floor include air conditioning (in all rooms except the 3rd small bedroom), dishwasher, microwave, coffee maker, kettle, satellite TV, DVD player, CD player, laundry room with washing machine and clothes dryer, outdoor stone barbecue, and ample parking. There is also a private staircase of about 50 steps, which leads directly down to the sea where guests can go swimming off the rocks.
The villa’s ground floor (one level down from entrance) is comprised of 4 studio apartments (Villa Corina: 5, 6, 7, 8) and 1 additional room (Villa Corina: 9). Each of the four studio apartments contains a double bed, ensuite bathroom with shower, small kitchenette with toaster & coffeemaker, air conditioning, satellite TV, and a private balcony with sea views. The additional room consists of two bunk beds (4 single beds), ensuite bathroom with shower, and air conditioning. There is also a separate laundry room with washing machine and clothes dryer on this level.
Villa Corina’s ample indoor and outdoor space and seaside position make it ideal for large group gatherings in a picturesque setting.
NOTE: A 500 EUR cash security deposit is required upon arrival and will be returned upon departure if no damage has occurred.
