This beautiful 3-bedroom, 3.5-bathroom villa sits almost at the very end of Cavtat’s Old Town, enjoying a quiet position with spectacular sea views. It is just steps away from Cavtat’s waterfront promenade which boasts a string of restaurants, cafes, shops, and markets in one direction, and a beautiful tree-lined walkway dotted with swimming beaches in the other.
Enter the villa on the ground floor to find a small living room, an open French country-style kitchen, and a half bathroom (toilet and sink only). The first floor features a laundry room and a master bedroom with ensuite bathroom with shower and ensuite living room with satellite TV. Just off the bedroom there is a balcony with unobstructed sea views. The second floor features two more double bedrooms, each with ensuite bathroom (one has a shower, the other has a bathtub and handheld shower). The overall décor of the villa is refreshingly simple and elegant: cool white stone floors and walls, slate tiles and stone countertops in the bathrooms, and an eclectic assortment of antique furnishings scattered throughout.
The exterior of the villa is just as impressive. At the front there is a terraced garden blanketed with green grass so soft that your inner child will be tempted to run barefoot through it. At the edge of the garden is a small covered seating area with modern wicker furniture. Behind the villa, a swimming pool blends seamlessly into the natural surroundings offering a wonderfully peaceful spot in which to cool off from the summer heat.
Amenities include: air conditioning in every room, floor fans in each bedroom, satellite TV, dishwasher, coffee maker, kettle, toaster, washing machine, clothes dryer, swimming pool, and baby cot on request. This is a non-smoking property.

NOTE: There is a 7-night minimum requirement. Saturday-to-Saturday stays are preferred, but not required. Shorter stays may be accepted on request.
