The magnificent 465-square meter 5-bedroom, 3.5-bathroom villa with swimming pool is an ideal spot for a self-contained holiday which is sure to leave guests refreshed and rejuvenated.The ground floor consists of an entry foyer with original stone walls and a game room with a ping pong & billiards table.
On the first floor is a fully-equipped American-style kitchen, a comfortable living room with TV and DVD library, a grand dining room with vaulted ceilings and a table for 10, a laundry room with washing machine and clothes dryer, a guest bedroom with queen bed, a full bathroom (in the hall) with shower, and a master bedroom suite with king bed and ensuite bathroom with tub and handheld shower. From both the living room and the master bedroom there is access to a spacious veranda at the front of the house, while the dining room has access to an equally-spacious barbecue terrace in the back. All furnishings are of the highest quality and comfort, and the house is decorated with stunning artwork, much of it original paintings from the famed Croatian artist Milovan Stanic.
Continue up to the second floor to find 3 more bedrooms with queen beds, a full bathroom with shower, an additional ½ bathroom (toilet only), and a second living room/study complete with computer and Internet access.
On the side of the villa, set slightly apart, there is a large (approximately 38ft x 18ft) swimming pool, outdoor shower, and spacious patio with sun loungers. The views from here of the sprawling Konavle countryside are absolutely breathtaking!

Villa Sanctuary is approximately 20 minutes’ driving distance from Cavtat and 35-40 minutes from Dubrovnik. The small town of Gruda is closer, just 10 minutes away, and there guests will find a grocery market and post office. There are also swimming beaches in the seaside town of Molunat and fantastic authentic Croatian restaurants in Vojski Do and Veli Do, all just 10 minutes away.
