Dubrovnik Chalets offering private swimming pool consists of two houses connected together via stone terrace. Set in peaceful Konavle Village of Mocici Villa offers ideal spot for family vacation or group of friends looking for a relaxing holiday not too far from Dubrovnik historical center.

Both houses consist of a living room, kitchen and two bedrooms and enjoy lovely views over the surroundings. Spacious front stone terrace is equipped with an outside dining table, perfect for your al fresco dinners. Private swimming pool and sun loungers offer relaxation and refreshment during warm summer days. Both houses can only be rented together so you won’t have to share the pool with anyone else but your travel companions.

First house spreads over one floor and consist of open space Kitchen with dining/living room, two bedrooms, ( one double and one twin) and bathroom with shower.

Second house spreads on two floors. Ground floor offers well equipped open space kitchen with dining and living area and bathroom with shower. Internal staircase leads up to the first floor offering two bedrooms (one double and one twin) and second bathroom with shower.

Amenities include: AC (all rooms), SAT TV, hi-fi, wireless Internet access, kitchen with coffee maker, dishwasher, toaster, oven, stove, fridge/freezer),  3 full bathrooms, washing machine hairdryers, iron, ironing board, terrace, private swimming pool, BBQ parking space.

Konavle is a famous region for travelers who wish to either spend active vacation by biking,hiking, kayaking or horse back riding  or for those who wish to spend relaxing vacation enjoying in quiet and peaceful environment and enjoy in local culture by visiting historical sites (Sokol Fortress, Franciscan Monastery in Pridvorje, Watermills on the River Ljuta..) or tasting local specialties in one of many family-owned restaurants offering traditional home made meals prepared with products from their own farms and gardens.

Villa is located 10 minutes drive from famous Konavle beach Pasjaca, only 4 minutes drive from Dubrovnik International Airport and 5 minutes drive from lovely seaside town Cavtat. Dubrovnik historical center is 20 kilometrs away, less then 30 minuts drive. Nearby village of Cilipi is just 7 minutes drive from the Villa. Every Sunday between April  and October numerous guests visit Cilipi to enjoy Folklore performance in front of the church. For visiting region we recommend hiring a car while staying at the property.
