Apartment is located on the 1st floor of a family house and has a separate entrance from the parking area and garden.  Property consists of one bedroom with queen size bed, bathroom with shower, kitchen with dining area and living room with sofa bed which can accommodate 2 additional quests. Living room opens onto a terrace offering remarkable see view equipped with an outside dining table.

Orašac is a calm village near Dubrovnik, approximately 15-20 minutes by car. Several family-owned restaurants offering traditional home made meals prepared with products from their own farms and gardens can be found in nearby villages within less than 10 minutes drive. The local supermarket is approximately 500 meters away from the villa and its open 7 days a week during the summer season. The nearest beach is called Hawai Beach, famous for its crystal clear water and restaurant which are 1,6 km away, less than 5 minutes by car. The nearby resort,  Sun Gardens Dubrovnik offers many bars, restaurants, shops, a wellness and beaches, which is also just 5 minutes’ driving from the property.
