Villa Petra

Situated in the small village Rozat, near Dubrovnik, Villa Petra is perfect choice for travelres who want to relax on their vacation, being far enough from tourist crowds but still able to easily reach all the famous sights. Outdoor area will provide you with private pool surrounded by beautiful garden, place where you will fully enjoy in a peaceful encirclement with a nice nature!

Villa spreads on two floors and consists of two apartments which are connected with outdoor staircase. The ground floor consists of lobby, 2 bedrooms ( one double, one twin), living room, kitchen, bathroom, toilette. The first floor consists of big living area, 2 double bed bedrooms, a bathroom and a small gym. Front side of the house has a balcony, and a terrace with dining table for eight people and a lounge area. On the lower part of the terrace is a swimming pool ( 8.5m x 3.7m) with sun deck and another smaller lounge area. The pool is surrounded by the wall fence. The property is surrounded with plant and fruit trees gardens.

The house is equipped with everything that guests might need : deck chairs, backflow swimming device in the pool, gym, dart, and a car with driver if a guest needs one.

Rožat is a calm village near Dubrovnik, which lies on the shore of Small River called Ombla, the whole area is known as Rijeka Dubrovačka and it is famous for its numerous renaissance summer houses owned by Dubrovnik's noble families from 16th century. Rožat is located approximately 8 kilometers from famous Old Town which can easily be reached by public transport; buses are running frequently every 10-15 minutes during summer season. Other option would be taking taxi or Uber which become really popular lately among locals and numerous tourists.
