Both bedrooms open onto a balcony offering partial sea view.

Apartment located on the 1st floor consists of well equipped modern kitchen with dining area and living room which opens directly on to the spacious balcony, full bathroom with shower, additional guest toilet, and two bedrooms with queen size beds(160 x 200 cm).

The terrace, complete with a hot tub, offers a serene oasis where guests can unwind and recharge, surrounded by stunning views and soothing waters.

Trsteno beach is located only 700 meters from the property. The nearest restaurant and bar are approximately 400 meters away. Besides the beautiful beaches, the whole area is famous for agritourism. Several family-owned restaurants offering traditional home made meals prepared with products from their own farms and gardens can be found in nearby villages within less than 10 minutes’ drive. The nearest grocery store is located just 150 meters from the property.

Upon arrival, a security deposit of 200 € is required. This amount is to be paid in cash directly to the host. Please note that this security deposit is refundable, and it will be returned to you at the end of your stay, provided that there are no damages or additional charges incurred during your time at the accommodation.
*In response to the recent spread of COVID-19 we have implemented new procedures for cleaning and disinfection. Safety of our guests, their families and our staff is important to us. In order to prevent the spread of disease our staff is measuring body temperature on a daily basis even if they feel well , we also encourage our guests to do the same.
All surfaces with which the guest came into contact with (nightstand, table, chair, coffee table, any and all furniture, amenities, telephone, remote control, door handles etc.), are cleaned with a suitable detergent and disinfectant with at least 70% alcohol. Special attention is given to the cleaning of all bathroom surfaces before new guests arrive.
In order to avoid any unnecessary contact, bed linen and towel will be changed only on arrival/departure, for longer stays, sufficient towels and linen will be left in the property. *
