Sky Breeze Apartment

This is a bright and spacious 2-bedroom apartment with a lovely garden and terrace located within walking distance to the Old Town and just a short walk to the nearest beach. This well-appointed apartment provides comfort and peace for travelers who wish to discover Dubrovnik and its region.

The apartment consists of one bedroom with a queen sized bed, one bedroom with twin beds, 2 full bathrooms (one with a shower and one with bath/shower), a living room, dining table and kitchen equipped with: a stove, oven, fridge/freezer, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, coffee maker and electric kettle. The kitchen and living room both open directly onto a front terrace and garden area offering a partial sea view. The apartment also has a separate summer kitchen with a large dining table overlooking the garden and terrace.

Amenities include: free WiFi, cable TV, AC (living room and summer kitchen only), iron and ironing board, washing machine, hair dryer, terrace, garden and full kitchen.

The cozy apartment is located in a quiet residential area just a few steps away from the nearby 5 star hotel Rixos Premium.  The nearest beaches are just 200 meters away (Libertas and Bellevue). The Old town is located only 15-20 minutes walking from the property and offers many lively cafés, restaurants, museums and shops. Near the property, within less than 5 minutes walking distance guests can find local grocery shop, a bakery, a restaurant and café bars.

*In response to the recent spread of COVID-19 we have implemented new procedures for cleaning and disinfection. Safety of our guests, their families and our staff is important to us. In order to prevent the spread of disease our staff is measuring body temperature on a daily basis even if they feel well , we also encourage our guests to do the same. 

All surfaces with which the guest came into contact with (nightstand, table, chair, coffee table, any and all furniture, amenities, telephone, remote control, door handles  etc.), are cleaned with a suitable detergent and disinfectant with at least 70% alcohol. Special attention is given to the cleaning of all bathroom surfaces before new guests arrive. 
 

In order to avoid any unnecessary contact, bed linen and towel will be changed only on arrival/departure, for longer stays, sufficient towels and linen will be left in the property. *
